Volyn Oblast: All Three Targets Shot Down
According to Volyn Regional Military Administration head Roman Romanyuk, the region came under a drone attack on the morning of September 10. Three enemy aerial targets were detected in the oblast's airspace and were destroyed by air defense forces. Following the air defense engagement, the region reported the fall of debris from the shot-down drones. As of the time of publication, there were no casualties from the attack.
Dnipro: Food Processing Plant Damaged
The consequences of the Russian attack were also recorded in Dnipro. As Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha reported, a food industry enterprise was damaged as a result of the enemy strike. Preliminary data indicated that the first-stage strike passed without casualties; no further details on the nature of the damage to the enterprise were provided in the statement.
Second Strike on Dnipro: Two Killed
The situation in Dnipro worsened following a second Russian strike. According to the RMA, two people were killed and two others were injured as a result of the new attack. The same food industry enterprise, which had already been damaged during the previous attack, came under fire again; a fire broke out at the facility after the second strike.
Kyiv: Drone Crashes in Holosiivskyi District
On the morning of September 10, Russian forces again attacked Kyiv from the air. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported the crash of an enemy drone in the capital. According to him, around 09:33 a drone crashed in the city's Holosiivskyi district.

The statements regarding Dnipro show a progression in the figures that is important to separate by time. The initial reports on the first strike on the food enterprise stated that it "preliminarily passed without casualties." However, after the second strike on the same facility, the RMA reported two killed and two injured. Thus, the discrepancy in the figures is explained not by an error but by the sequence of two separate strikes: there were no casualties at the first stage, while people were killed at the second. No data on casualties in Volyn Oblast was received in any of the reports.
