Russian forces struck Ukrainian railways during a new massive attack. As of the time of publication, hits have been recorded in Lutsk and in Fastiv. As reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the head of "Ukrzaliznytsia" Alexander Pertsovsky, a passenger train was attacked in Lutsk; however, passengers were evacuated from the carriages in advance, and staff were moved away from their workstations. According to the company's head, everyone is safe and there are no casualties.

Pertsovsky emphasized that at the time of the incident the attack was still ongoing, and "swarms" of Shahed drones were in the sky over the region.
