The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported a new victory in the skies over the eastern direction. On July 8, Ukrainian defenders shot down a Russian multi-role Su-35 fighter jet. This information was confirmed by an official statement from the Air Force Command in their Telegram channel and was subsequently republished by leading Ukrainian media outlets.
Technical specifications of the lost aircraft
The destroyed aircraft represents a serious threat to any aviation. The Su-35 is a Russian 4++ generation fighter, created as a deep modernization of the legendary Su-27 family.
