Sybiha reminded that while Moscow calls for evacuation, more than 70 representatives of foreign missions personally visited the sites of recent shelling. They saw with their own eyes the consequences of Russian aggression, not the fabricated scenarios from Russian media. This became a powerful signal: the world does not believe on word alone, it demands proof.

According to the minister, Russia is trying to manipulate "Western mentality," using nuclear threats and joint exercises with Belarus as a tool of pressure. However, these actions only confirm that the Kremlin has no intentions for a peace process. On the contrary, escalation continues, and the response must be commensurate with the challenge.

Ukraine is already discussing specific steps with partners. It is not about empty words, but about real aid packages, including the supply of missiles for air defense. The goal is to make the aggressor understand: military objectives will not be achieved, and the attempt to save one's country from the consequences of one's own actions is doomed to failure.
