Then the characters, together with Johnson, find themselves next to a statue, and in the next scene — on a snow-covered cemetery. In another fragment, Farrell steps out of a luxury car, while Dakota appears at a social event. In the finale of the teaser, all the characters gather together in evening attire, which underscores the cinematic and theatrical nature of the production.
Star-Studded Cast and Friendship with Dakota Johnson
Dakota Johnson has been friends with Taylor Swift for a long time. In April, the singer wrote a piece about the actress for Time magazine when she was included in the annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. "As her friend, I can vouch for her sincerity, but I'll add that she is also one of the most generous people I have ever known," Swift noted. Their collaboration on the clip became a continuation of this friendship and moved into a creative realm.
Patient Zero and the Expanded Album Edition
The artist announced the release of Patient Zero two days before the teaser premiere, unexpectedly unveiling the track at the end of a mysterious countdown on her website. Later, Swift revealed that the song would be included in the expanded edition of her latest album titled The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore. A total of four tracks were included in it — Patient Zero, Cleveland!, Pink Clouding and Babylon.

According to Taylor, the additional tracks emerged after she, together with producers Max Martin and Shellback, traveled to Sweden to celebrate the album's record-breaking success. "There was a studio there, and we did what we always do when we feel something — we wrote even more songs.
