Ukrainians should prepare for unstable weather at the beginning of next week. According to a forecast from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, cited by RBC-Ukraine, the start of the week will be marked by rain and thunderstorms, although the situation is expected to stabilize by mid-to-late week.

Monday and Tuesday: peak precipitation

The most challenging period will fall at the start of the week. On Monday, June 15, variable cloudiness is expected across the country. Meteorologists warn of short-term rain and thunderstorms that will be observed in most regions. The only exceptions will be the southern and eastern oblasts, where precipitation is not forecasted at night.

On Tuesday, June 16, the situation will intensify: thunderstorms are expected across the entire territory of Ukraine. On this day, residents of all regions should be vigilant and have protection against bad weather at hand.

Wednesday and Thursday: improving situation

By mid-week, the intensity of precipitation will begin to decrease. On Wednesday, June 17, rain will remain primarily at night in the east of the country, while local precipitation is possible during the day in the central and northern regions. For the majority of Ukraine's territory, it will be dry and warm on this day.

Significant improvement is forecast for Thursday, June 18. Meteorologists promise sunny weather and an almost complete absence of rain across the country.

End of the week

On Friday, June 19, the weather will remain stable. Precipitation is practically not expected again, which will allow residents to enjoy a dry and comfortable end to the work week.

Earlier, specialists from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center had already provided a general assessment of the weather for June, as well as explained the principles of meteorologists' work and the methods of creating weather forecasts. In the context of global climate change, understanding these processes is becoming increasingly relevant for the population.
