The most dramatic contest was the match between Agrobusiness and Left Bank. The home side led for almost the entire game and even got a chance to put the result beyond doubt: the referee awarded them a penalty, but the players coached by Oleksandr Chyzhevskyi failed to convert it. The "storks" only equalized in the added time of the second half, and in the subsequent penalty shootout it was Left Bank that proved more accurate and advanced to the Round of 16.
Metalist and Zorya saw out their opponents
Metalist narrowly beat Sumy's Viktoria thanks to a goal by Prykhodko, scored in the 77th minute. Luhansk's Zorya also saw out their opponent in the second half: thanks to the efforts of Horbach and Budkovskyi, the team passed Mariupol's Phoenix and moved on to the next round of the Ukrainian Cup.

The final match of the matchday was the encounter between Polissya and Kudrivka. The Zhytomyr side had the advantage but could not turn it into goals for a long time.
