Viktor Rozovy, a star of the Ukrainian show "Liha Smikhu" and a military serviceman, has openly discussed his personal life following his high-profile divorce from Olga Merzlikina. In an interview with Sergey Ivanov, the comedian shared details about his new relationship, the support he received during rehabilitation, and his plans for the future.
New Love in Difficult Times
Viktor is currently in a relationship with a woman named Yana-Katerina. She has become his rock during the difficult period of recovery after being wounded at the front. Additionally, his partner helped him weather the storm of criticism that erupted after his controversial statements regarding his ex-wife.
"Here is a person who was by my side, who supported me during rehabilitation. She also received hate directed at her," noted Rozovy.
Hate That Didn't Stop Even at a Funeral
Viktor recalled an incident where his partner attended a friend's funeral and continued to receive angry messages even during that difficult moment.
"I needed to support my friend's wife. But her messages weren't turned off. While she was at the funeral, burying her friend, notifications kept coming in. We split the hate fifty-fifty. I took a bit more, she took less. But she had nothing to do with it," the comedian explained.
Love as Strength
Viktor made it clear that love helped him get through the tough times. He realized that he needed someone by his side.
"Probably, it made me stronger and more balanced. She sits right here to make sure I don't say any nonsense, as I'm capable of doing. I haven't said anything yet, everything is okay?" he asked his partner with humor.
Future Plans
Viktor does not hide the fact that he considers the possibility of marriage in the future, but for now, his main priority remains recovering his health.
"I fully realize that I need to rehabilitate. If only one of my hands didn't work, but everything else did, that would be fine. But my left hand and left leg don't work well, and my right foot is also affected. That's a purely masculine issue. It's not that I doubt or anything. I don't want to say it so as not to be a burden, but somewhere along the lines..." he explained.
