A critical situation has been declared in the Vishnevoye urban hromada in the Kyiv region. Following a massive enemy attack, local residents and enterprise employees have been ordered not to leave their homes and to remain in shelters. This information was provided by the Vishnevoye urban territorial community and confirmed by RBC-Ukraine.
Full Safety Mode and Threat of Detonation
Authorities are urging the population not to appear at their workplaces and to avoid being on the streets. This recommendation concerns residents of specific streets located in the risk zone. All those living in these areas are strongly advised to remain in shelters until an official announcement confirms the end of the danger.
The main reason for such strict measures is the high probability of secondary detonation of explosive devices. As a result of the attack, unexploded ordnance remains on the territory, posing a mortal threat and capable of detonating at any moment. Any movement on the street at this time could be fatal.
Emergency Services Operations
The situation is under the control of all operational services. Employees of the National Police and the State Emergency Service (SES) are fully engaged in eliminating the consequences of the attack. If necessary, specialists are evacuating the population from the most dangerous zones.
Context of the Attack on Kyiv Region
