Warm day with rains: up to +18 degrees expected in Ukraine on October 25

Relatively warm weather with daytime temperatures reaching up to +18 degrees is observed in Ukraine on Saturday, October 25, 2026. At the same time, meteorological conditions across different regions of the country will vary significantly due to the influence of atmospheric fronts bringing cloud cover and precipitation to certain areas.

Precipitation and cloud cover forecast by region

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, cloudy weather with sunny intervals is expected throughout Ukraine during the day. Light rains are forecasted in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the country, with dry weather prevailing.

Fog is forecasted in the morning hours in most western regions, which may reduce road visibility. The southeast wind speed is 7-12 meters per second, adding a touch of autumn freshness while temperatures remain relatively high.

Weather conditions in the capital region

In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, cloudy weather with sunny intervals persists on October 25. Forecasters do not predict any precipitation in the capital region, creating comfortable conditions for weekend walks and trips. Temperature indicators correspond to general late October climatic trends for the central part of the country.

Despite the ongoing warmth in Ukraine, the general synoptic situation in Europe is beginning to change. The continent is gradually preparing for the first manifestations of winter, and the first snowfalls are expected in some regions soon. Previously, forecasters also noted the absence of prerequisites for severe frosts in Ukraine despite seasonal temperature drops.

Seasonal impact and future weather prospects

The current October demonstrates the mild character of the transitional season, but forecasters remind us of the inevitability of further cooling. Autumn processes develop gradually, alternating periods of relative warmth with rains and strengthening winds in certain regions. Residents and guests of Ukraine are advised to monitor operational weather forecasts for safe trip planning.
