Variable Cloudiness and Wind

On June 11, the weather in Ukraine will not undergo radical changes compared to current conditions. According to the forecast from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center (UkrGMC), cited by RBC-Ukraine, variable cloudiness is expected across most of the territory on Thursday. The wind will be predominantly southerly, with speeds ranging from 5 to 10 m/s.

The temperature regime will be uneven. On the far west of the country, it will be slightly cooler during the day — from +18 to +23°C. Meanwhile, in other regions, thermometers may show higher values, although meteorologists warn of the possibility of precipitation and thunderstorms in certain areas.

Forecast for Kyiv and the Region

In the capital and the Kyiv region, June 11 will also feature weather with variable cloudiness. Good news for residents of the region: precipitation is not expected on this day. However, meteorologists note that in the future, Kyiv is likely to see a trend towards lower temperatures. During the day, the air will warm up to +20...+22°C, while at night, thermometers will drop to +12...+15°C.

Hazardous Phenomena on the Weekend

The situation may become more complicated over the next three days. According to the UkrGMC forecast, from June 12 to 13, there will remain a probability of short-term rain and thunderstorms across Ukraine.

Particular attention should be paid to Friday, June 12. On this day, moderate and even significant rain is expected in Khmelnytskyi, Odesa, and Mykolaiv oblasts, as well as in most northern and central regions. On Saturday, June 13, precipitation may occur across the entire territory of the country, with the exception of the southeastern part.

In the western regions, the air temperature will remain cooler — in the range of +15 to +23°C. Thus, Ukrainians should be prepared for changeable weather and have umbrellas at hand for the upcoming weekend.
