Chinese technology giant Xiaomi has expanded its smart home ecosystem by announcing a new series of advanced ceiling lights. The devices combine minimalist design, high energy efficiency, and cutting-edge technologies to create a comfortable microclimate in residential and commercial spaces.
Lineup and Modifications of the Lights
The new lineup includes two key models designed to meet the needs of rooms with different areas. The base version D40 targets compact rooms up to 15 square meters and is priced by the manufacturer at 349 yuan. For more spacious rooms and studios ranging from 25 to 45 square meters, a more powerful L90 modification has been created, priced at 699 yuan.
Light Quality and Technical Specifications
The developers paid special attention to the quality of the light flux and visual comfort. The maximum brightness of the devices reaches 8,400 lumens with an average illuminance level exceeding 300 lux. The lights use specialized full-spectrum LEDs with a color rendering index of Ra95, which guarantees the most natural and accurate color reproduction of the interior.
Durability and Cooling System
The company's engineers focused heavily on the reliability and service life of the equipment. A well-thought-out passive cooling system and high-quality components ensure that even after 35,000 hours of continuous operation, the devices retain more than 90 percent of their initial light flux, avoiding LED degradation.
