In Kyiv, the company YASNO (LLC "Kyiv Energy Services") has launched a new service called the "Unified Bill," which allows users to receive and pay utility bills in one place. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing an official statement from the company. The new feature is aimed at simplifying customers' day-to-day interactions with various utility providers, which traditionally require separate contact with each one.
What the service is
The "Unified Bill" brings together bills from different utility providers, linked to a specific address, in a single interface. Users can view current charges, select the required bills, adjust amounts, pay them online, and check the status of each payment. In addition, the service provides a payment history, allowing users to track spending trends for a house or apartment without referring to each provider's separate archives.
How to use the "Unified Bill"
To access the service, you need to go to the "Utility Payments" section in your YASNO personal account or mobile app and select or add the required address. After that, the system automatically pulls up the available bills linked to the specified address. Thus, the customer does not need to manually search for and enter each provider's details — aggregation happens automatically based on the linked address.

"We have combined bills from different providers in a single interface. Now customers can pay them in a familiar place — in the YASNO mobile app or in their personal account," noted Sergey Kovalenko, CEO of D.Solutions. According to him, users no longer need to switch between different services, search for bills, and check each payment separately: "All the necessary information is always at hand."

The launch of the "Unified Bill" continues the expansion of the YASNO platform's functionality, which is focused on centralizing the management of utility payments.
