Ukraine is on high alert for a new large-scale attack from Russia. Intelligence data indicates that the Kremlin is preparing a massive strike on the country's territory. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged citizens to strictly observe safety rules and not ignore air raid sirens.

According to the Ukrainian leader, the enemy's desire to launch a new strike fully corresponds to the treacherous tactics of the Russian leadership. Zelenskyy noted that Moscow has chosen an extremely specific moment for escalation — immediately after US Independence Day and on the eve of the NATO summit in Ankara.
"This is in the spirit of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin... Russia wants to add evil and kill people. Please take care of yourselves, heed the air raid sirens," the president emphasized in his address.
Call to allies: missiles are needed now
The head of state paid special attention to the situation with air defense. Zelenskyy appealed to international partners with a demand to accelerate the delivery of military equipment. He emphasized that any delay in this matter costs human lives and only encourages the aggressor to continue the war.
The President pointed out that there is already a sufficient quantity and quality of air defense systems in the world, but there is a lack of determination by the leaders of partner countries. "Missiles for Patriots are not needed in warehouses now, but in Patriot divisions, in Ukraine. Thank you to those who are helping in reality," Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated.

Recall that earlier Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared details of a conversation with Donald Trump, discussing the prospects for ending hostilities. According to the Ukrainian leader, there is a real possibility to end the war, and preparations for the next meetings of politicians are continuing.
However, the situation on the front remains tense. The head of state noted a change in the enemy's tactics: Russia is trying to break Ukraine with the help of ballistic missiles and air terror. In this regard, during a speech at the OSCE session, Zelenskyy once again called on partners to promptly provide additional missiles for Patriot systems to protect the civilian population from strikes.
