The fifth episode of the Ukrainian reality show "Zvazhenykh ta Shchaslyvykh" airs on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 19:00 on the STB channel. The project participants have been in the camp for a month, and the pace of their weight loss is beginning to change noticeably. Last week, several contestants faced the so-called plateau: despite their efforts, the number on the scale hardly budged. "This weighing is just some kind of shock," one of the participants admits in the episode preview. Project trainer Marina Borzhemska explains that after the initial rapid results, the process inevitably slows down: "I understand that a week is coming when the weight stops a little and the weight loss process becomes more complicated." Against the background of fatigue and disappointment, the teams must undergo a new physical challenge where not only strength and speed matter, but also endurance.
New Challenge: Elastic Bands, Barrels, and Fragile Eggs
In the fifth episode, participants face a three-stage course. Teams will have to overcome the resistance of elastic bands, maintain balance on moving boards, and deliver heavy barrels to the top of a sandy slope. At the same time, participants need to save as many fragile eggs as they carry in special trays. That is why simply arriving first will not be enough — victory is determined by a comprehensive result. The winning team will receive a minus two-kilogram bonus during the weigh-in. The editorial staff emphasizes: this is a game bonus that will be factored into the team's result, not actual weight loss.
Former Heroines Come to Support
Two heroines from the tenth season who are familiar with disappointments due to slow weight loss will come to support the participants. Oleksiy Novikov's blue team will be visited by finalist Magdalina Dymyd. In her fifth week of the project, she also achieved a lower result than expected. Magdalina will suggest that the team change the usual training format: instead of a standard set of exercises, there will be outdoor games, relay races, and tasks designed to help relieve tension. The yellow team will be supported by Maya Bezrodna, the winner of the tenth season's home weight loss. Last year, at one of the weigh-ins, she did not lose a single kilogram, yet she continued to work. Now Maya will train along with the new season's participants and share her experience.
Tension in the Camp: Suspicions of Prohibited Substances Use
A separate topic of the fifth episode will be a possible rule violation. Participants will suspect one of the heroines of taking prohibited substances. "She constantly wants to sleep, she constantly has no strength," Valentina will point out. "If it were my will, I would sweep this person out of the camp gates with a broom," she adds. Who exactly is being discussed and whether the suspicions will be confirmed is not revealed in the preview. The participants will discuss the situation with the trainer. Viewers will also find out for whom this week will be the last on the project.
Context: Marina Borzhemska and Her Battle with Illness
Recall that earlier, project trainer Marina Borzhemska admitted that she has been battling a neurological disease for a long time. This statement caused a wide resonance in Ukrainian society and became one of the most discussed moments of the season. In the fifth episode, however, the focus shifts to the participants and their emotional state: exhaustion, disappointment due to the plateau, and internal tension in the camp become the main themes of the episode, which will air on November 1 on STB.
