Up to 40,000 hryvnias per day: how the Defense Forces of Ukraine award assault bonuses
From June 2026, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have an assault bonus in place: 20,000 or 40,000 hryvnias per day of direct participation in an assault. The payment is individual, confirmed by documents, and subject to a monthly cap of 460,000 hryvnias together with other combat allowances.
