Backup power supply becomes mandatory for dental clinics: what changed in the 2026 licensing conditions
From 1 September 2026, Resolution No. 813 requires all dental clinics and sole proprietors to have verified backup power supply. Without autonomy, a clinic risks its licence, while costs for UPS units and generators have risen by 20% of the unit cost of a visit.
