Rada backs fines for 'noisy' cars in first reading: up to 34,000 hryvnias and license suspension
The Verkhovna Rada adopted in first reading bill No. 15358 on liability for exceeding the permissible noise level from vehicles — 261 deputies voted in favor. In parallel, the bill on tightening fines for speeding was rejected.
