On November 5, Kyiv temporarily suspended train traffic on the Red Line metro due to significant voltage fluctuations from external power centers. The Blue and Green lines are operating normally; updates on resumption will follow.

On the morning of November 5, emergency power outages were introduced in three districts of Kyiv, as well as in the Sumy, Chernihiv, and Rivne regions due to attacks on the power system. According to DTEK, the mode may change several times an hour.

On the evening of November 3, the Kyiv metro is operating normally, while trams and trolleybuses are suspended due to a critical situation in the power system. The future schedule of the underground depends on the state of the power grid following enemy attacks.
