Housing vouchers for IDPs: rules change from August 1, 2026, some displaced persons lose eligibility for assistance
From August 1, 2026, the rules for issuing housing vouchers for IDPs in Ukraine are changing. The Cabinet of Ministers has tightened requirements to direct assistance to those without housing. Some displaced persons may lose the right to support, and using a voucher as a mortgage down payment will only become possible after the adoption of a new law. 🏠📉
