Sense Bank has removed all officials who appear in the NABU materials and appointed Elena Zubchenko as acting head of the board. The former head is under bail, and the NBU found him non-compliant with the qualification requirements.

SAP Head Klymenko reported that the prosecution is demanding the seizure of 150 million hryvnias of Galushchenko's bail as criminal proceeds. If the court agrees, the former minister may be sent back to pretrial detention.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved Natalia Degtyareva as a state representative on the Sense Bank supervisory board. Resolution No. 853 was adopted on 21 August; the board composition will grow to five members, but a quorum requires at least six.

NABU stated that bail for top officials has turned into a "payment for silence": money is deposited through shell companies with criminal origins. Urgent legislative changes are required to fix the scheme.
