First Snow and Frost on Pop Ivan Mountain: Early Autumn Has Arrived in the Carpathians
On the morning of September 23, frost and the first September snow were recorded on Pop Ivan Mountain in the Carpathians. Rescuers reported cloudy weather and a wind of 3 m/s, while the hydrometeorological center warned of visibility of 4–6 km.
