"Road mortality is a matter for the NSDC": Zelensky orders stricter liability for traffic violations after tragedy in Kyiv
🇺🇦 Zelensky instructs the NSDC and Cabinet of Ministers to tighten liability for traffic violations. The decision was made following a petition by the father of a child killed in a traffic accident. The Mercedes driver in Kyiv who caused the fatal accident had 39 violations. Road mortality is now a matter of national security.
