🏛️ Court orders law enforcement to debunk fake news about KCCA apparatus head Dmytro Zagumenny's business trips. ✅ On August 14, 2026, the court fully satisfied Zagumenny's lawsuit against the Office of the Prosecutor General, the National Police, and the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office. 🚫 The court found claims about the non-official nature of the official's trips to be false. 📢 Defendants were ordered to debunk the information on their official resources. Zagumenny called this the first precedent in practice. 📉 The conflict began in September 2025 with a suspicion of document forgery. Mayor Klitschko previously stated there were hundreds of unfounded cases against Kyiv officials. #KCCA #Court #Zagumenny #Law #Kyiv
