Entire medical commission in the Ternopil region detained for selling mobilization deferrals: around 1,000 fake documents issued over three years
The Ternopil Regional Prosecutor's Office detained the full membership of a district hospital's medical-consultative commission: between 2024 and 2026 the medical professionals produced around 1,000 fictitious certificates for 6,000–12,000 dollars each to evade mobilization. Charges have already been filed against four medical professionals and one intermediary.
