On September 8, the OCU celebrated the great twelve-feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The church's press service reminded the faithful of the meaning of the feast — the birth of Mary from the barren Joachim and Anna — and organized an online broadcast of the liturgy from the Golden-Domed Cathedral in Kyiv.
