#New Ukrainian School

According to the MES, despite regular strikes on publishers and logistics, 88% of Grade 9 textbooks have been delivered to Ukrainian schools. Part of the destroyed print run has already been reprinted.

MON has expanded the “Money Follows the Teacher” pilot: new categories of educators, including teachers abroad, will join the advanced training financing mechanism. Registration has been extended until October.

From September 1, 2026, Ukrainian schools transition to updated standards: grading for grades 5–9 has been simplified, and 150 academic lyceums begin piloting the upper profile school ahead of the nationwide launch in 2027.
