Almost one in five Ukrainian teenagers uses vapes: WHO warns about nicotine poly-use
According to the 2023 GYTS, 19.6% of Ukrainian teenagers (aged 13–15) use e-cigarettes, and 7.8% engage in nicotine poly-use. At a parliamentary roundtable, WHO experts warned that effective protection requires not only bans but also strict enforcement and control.
