One-bedroom apartments in Ukraine have become scarcer: Chernivtsi is the only city with growing supply
According to OLX Real Estate data, the supply of one-bedroom apartments for sale and rental has shrunk over the year in most major Ukrainian cities. Chernivtsi became the only city with growth in both segments: +5% for sale and +10% for rental.
