Opening a new bank card to receive a pension requires mandatory notification of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Without submitting a corresponding application, payments will not be credited to the new account.

Pensioners in Ukraine can transfer payments from post to a bank card by submitting a single online application via the PFU portal. Meanwhile, Ukreximbank clients will automatically switch to Ukrposhta service from October 1, 2026.
