Three 'phantom patrols' to hit Kyiv's roads: how unmarked police cars will catch speeders
From August 31, three "phantom patrols" — unmarked service vehicles with automatic speed violation recording — will begin operating in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. This was announced by DPPP head Alexey Beloshitsky.
