PISA-2025: Ukrainian schoolchildren did not show a new collapse, but they are still far from the 2018 level
The PISA-2025 national report records a stabilization of the results of Ukrainian 15-year-olds after the 2022 collapse, but the indicators in all three subjects remain substantially below the 2018 level. The narrowing of the gap with the OECD is due to the decline in average indicators in the bloc's countries, not to an improvement in Ukraine.
