Pensioners in Ukraine can transfer payments from post to a bank card by submitting a single online application via the PFU portal. Meanwhile, Ukreximbank clients will automatically switch to Ukrposhta service from October 1, 2026.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has clarified the conditions for housing subsidies: a threshold for large purchases of 100,000 UAH, restrictions on deposits, and utility debt exceeding 680 UAH.

For Independence Day in August 2026, Ukrainians will receive a one-time payment of 450 to 3,100 hryvnias. Most will get the money automatically, while those who recently acquired the status must file an application with the Pension Fund by August 21.

The Verkhovna Rada supported Bill No. 14191, which from 2027 will increase payments to families with children with disabilities to 71,000 hryvnias and introduce new early intervention mechanisms.

In 2026, Ukrainian pensioners with service records above the norm will receive a supplement of up to 519 hryvnias. The payment amount depends on the subsistence minimum and the number of years exceeding the basic service record.
