Kremlin to sell 7.8% stake in Sovcomflot to plug military budget gap
Rosimushchestvo is seeking organizers to sell a 7.8% stake in Sovcomflot worth about 15 billion rubles. The proceeds will go to the federal budget to cover the deficit amid rising military spending to 17.1 trillion rubles.
