At a Kyiv hospital, the medical director and two department heads collected from surgeons at least 1,000 hryvnia for each operation over several years, threatening them with excessive on-call duties and the cancellation of their exemption from mobilization. The three suspects were notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code.
