Access to public service through the army: political scientist proposes changing criteria for appointing officials
🔴 Political scientist Taras Zagorodny proposed restricting access to public service for men without military service experience. In his opinion, army experience should become a mandatory condition for officials and politicians. However, lawyers note that this contradicts Article 38 of the Constitution.
