New Ukrposhta rules: Tax ID (RNOKPP) required for all cash-on-delivery payments
📦 Ukrposhta has introduced new rules for cash-on-delivery payments: a tax ID (RNOKPP) must now be provided for all shipments, regardless of the amount.
📌 Key changes:
— Up to 5,000 UAH: The number is recorded based on the client's verbal statement.
— Over 5,000 UAH: Documentary confirmation of the RNOKPP is required.
💼 General Director Ihor Smelyanskyi stated that the requirements come from the National Bank and apply to all operators. The company disagrees with the norms but is obligated to comply.
