August 31 is the last day for Ukrainians in Poland with UKR status issued without a foreign passport to verify their identity at the gmina office. Otherwise, the status will be revoked and 800+ payments will cease.

⚠️ Urgent warning for Ukrainians in Poland: passport data must be updated in the PESEL registry by August 31, 2026. Ignoring this requirement threatens the loss of temporary protection status and the right to a CUKR residence card. This especially concerns children and those who have obtained a new passport.
