Supreme Court finally closes the 'Euroenergotrade' case: UGB recovers over 1 billion UAH, and the right of claim transfers to 'Park Lane'
On September 17, 2026, the Supreme Court dismissed Euroenergotrade's cassation appeal and confirmed the transfer of the right of claim to the guarantor Park Lane by subrogation after the repayment of over 1 billion UAH of UGB's debt.
