NBU Assesses the Impact of Raising VAT to 21% on Inflation in Ukraine
NBU head Andrii Pyshnyi stated that the likely VAT increase to 21% to create a business support fund during wartime will have a moderate impact on inflation in Ukraine. The actual entry into force of the rate will require a decision by the Verkhovna Rada.
