Obsidian arrowhead with mysterious signs from Turkey

The image shows an ancient obsidian arrowhead discovered during archaeological excavations in Turkey. Fine geometric lines are clearly visible on the smooth black surface of the stone, remaining undeciphered to this day. Archaeologists believe this artifact is approximately nine thousand years old.
