Trucks in a queue: new transit rules in Kyiv

A long line of semi-trucks stands on the road while a driver in dark uniform checks the coupling between the vehicles. From September 3, truck movement rules in Kyiv will change, allowing transit trips to pass during curfew hours without restrictions.
