The photo shows a tanker marked DEYNA with port of registry NACALA sailing on the open sea. Such vessels form part of Russia's shadow fleet, which the Ukrainian Security Service targets under the 'MoLoChKa' operation. Over 10 weeks, the operation struck 285 similar ships.
