The management of the 1+1 media holding has officially denied information alleging that company CEO Yaroslav Pakholchuk participated in the tender held by the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) to select a manager for IDS Ukraine assets. Earlier, public statements emerged regarding potential business ties between the holding's management and this process, sparking widespread resonance and discussions in media and expert circles.
Background and Essence of Accusations
The official comments were prompted by statements from Member of Parliament and Head of the Verkhovna Rada Anti-Corruption Committee Anastasia Radina. According to her, the winner of the recent ARMA tender to manage the seized corporate rights of IDS Ukraine — the manufacturer of the popular Morshynska and Myrhorodska brands — may be indirectly linked to the business circle of Timur Mindich. Specifically, LLC "Prioritas Law Bureau" was mentioned, whose participation in the procedures became a subject of active discussion.
1+1 media Position and Denial of Links
The 1+1 media press service categorically emphasized that Yaroslav Pakholchuk has no relation to the Prioritas company and did not participate in ARMA tender procedures. The company acknowledged that joint projects with companies represented or participated in by Timur Mindich did take place in different periods, calling this open and transparent information. However, the holding insists that past partnerships in separate areas do not confirm hidden business ties with the figures involved in the current scandal surrounding IDS Ukraine assets.Analysis of Joint Projects and Closed Structures
Media group representatives also elaborated on other joint investment objects mentioned in public discussions. It was confirmed that Yaroslav Pakholchuk acts as a co-investor in Atlas Festival alongside Dmytro Sydorenko, but this project is their only common business direction, and extending this partnership to other areas is incorrect. Regarding GLOBAL MEDIA TRADE LTD, whose Companies House registry data critics referred to, the company was officially liquidated on November 25, 2025. The significant control statuses of the participants ended long before the current moment: for Timur Mindich on April 15, 2019, and for Yaroslav Pakholchuk on April 9, 2021. The TV channel Kvartal TV also ceased operations in September.Contradictory Data
While 1+1 media management declares absolute transparency and the absence of any current ties with companies claiming IDS Ukraine assets, anti-corruption activists and industry experts continue to question the transparency of the ARMA tender held on September 7. Public figures point to the possible affiliation of bidders through old corporate chains, whereas the media group's management urges government representatives and media outlets to carefully verify data using official open registries and refrain from building unsubstantiated hypotheses.
