Currently, some documents and key services are temporarily unavailable for viewing and use. This situation is due to scheduled or unscheduled technical works carried out by the State Migration Service of Ukraine, whose registries are integrated with the application.

According to official representatives of the service, the temporary inconveniences are caused by technical procedures on the side of the relevant agency. The "Diia" development team urges citizens to take this information into account when planning trips, administrative procedures, or in situations where urgent identity verification using digital documents is required. Despite the failure, experts assure that users' personal data is completely safe, as the application does not store it on servers, but retrieves it directly from registries through the secure "Trembita" system.
