FC Kharkiv has officially unveiled a new home kit, which the players will wear on the pitch during the 2026/27 season. The presentation was held with the support of the team's technical partner, the German brand adidas, which developed the design in crimson and gold tones.

This kit marks the first official update to the team's apparel following a major rebranding conducted in June. It was then that the club, previously known as Metalist 1925, changed its name to FC Kharkiv, setting a course for a new history and identity.

Symbolism of the new design

The color scheme of the new kit is not accidental and carries a deep message. The crimson color, chosen as the base, alludes to Cossack traditions and symbolizes unshakable resilience. The gold shade, serving as a logical continuation of the club's traditional yellow, in this new interpretation embodies ambition, constant development, and the pursuit of new victories.

Club management emphasizes that updating the visual style was critical for shaping a new perception of the team among fans.

"After the rebranding, the first kit had to immediately work towards club recognition. We are very happy to start a new page in our cooperation with adidas," noted FC Kharkiv Vice President Yuriy Korotun.

New faces and ambitions

The kit presentation coincided with a number of other significant events in the life of the club. It was previously reported that Ukraine's number one tennis player, Elina Svitolina, became the official ambassador of FC Kharkiv, which also underscores the club's desire to raise its status and attract the attention of a wider audience.

The new equipment, presented in official materials, demonstrates the team's readiness for future challenges and solidifies the new image of Kharkiv football.
