On the night of July 30, a powerful explosion rocked the Penza region, marking the beginning of a major catastrophe for Russian logistics. Ukrainian FP-1 unmanned aerial vehicles carried out a precision strike on one of the key facilities of the country's largest marketplace — the Wildberries logistics hub.
According to RBC-Ukraine, citing the Fire Point company press service, the attack occurred at night when the facility was most vulnerable. As a result of the strike, the building was engulfed in fierce flames, and thick columns of black smoke rose into the sky, visible from many kilometers away from the site of the incident.
Destruction of a Logistics Giant
The damaged facility is a colossal structure covering an area of about 180,000 square meters. It is one of the largest regional centers for processing and distributing goods, playing a critical role in Wildberries' supply chain. It is through such hubs that huge volumes of cargo pass, ensuring the operation of the marketplace across the country.
Experts note that dual-use products often pass through similar logistics centers, which are sold via Russian online platforms. A strike on such an object causes not only economic damage but also creates problems with the supply of specific goods.

This event was not an isolated incident. Just a week ago, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked at least 10 Wildberries warehouses in various regions of Russia. Against the backdrop of ongoing attacks, Wildberries management has already begun looking for alternative solutions, including searching for warehouses in other countries. This indicates the seriousness of the situation and the need to restructure the company's entire logistics system.
