Fuel prices rise again: OKKO, WOG and SOCAR simultaneously raise gasoline and diesel prices by 1 hryvnia

Ukraine's largest fuel station chains — OKKO, WOG and SOCAR — simultaneously revised their price lists upward on Thursday, September 3, 2026. All three operators raised the price of every type of gasoline and diesel fuel by exactly 1 hryvnia per liter. This synchronized price movement, affecting tens of thousands of stations across the country, marks the continuation of an upward trend in Ukraine's domestic fuel market. As of the morning of September 3, "100-octane" gasoline at the major chains already exceeds the 94–95 hryvnia per liter mark, while premium diesel fuel is approaching 99 hryvnia.

OKKO: full list of new prices

In the OKKO network, whose stations are shown in the photo with an attendant in the signature gray-green uniform, the changes affected every item. Pulls 100 gasoline rose to 94.90 UAH/l (+1.00 UAH), Pulls 95 — to 87.90 UAH/l (+1.00 UAH), and A-95 Euro — to 84.90 UAH/l (+1.00 UAH). In the diesel segment, Pulls fuel gained 1 hryvnia and now costs 97.90 UAH/l, while DT Euro is priced at 94.90 UAH/l. Thus, filling a full tank (50–60 liters) with "100-octane" gasoline at OKKO will cost the driver 50–60 hryvnia more than just yesterday.

WOG: "100-octane" gasoline surpasses 95 hryvnia

At WOG network stations, the increase was also 1 hryvnia per liter across all items. 100 gasoline rose to 95.90 UAH/l, 95 Mustang — to 88.90 UAH/l, and A-95 Euro — to 85.90 UAH/l. Mustang diesel now costs 98.90 UAH/l, while DT Euro-5 is 95.90 UAH/l. Notably, it is WOG that shows the highest prices in the industry: its "100-octane" gasoline is one hryvnia more expensive than at OKKO and SOCAR, and Mustang diesel is approaching the psychological mark of 100 hryvnia per liter.

SOCAR: synchronized increase across all grades

The Turkish chain SOCAR, which is actively expanding in Ukraine, also raised prices by 1 hryvnia per liter. NANO 100 gasoline now costs 94.90 UAH/l, NANO 95 — 87.90 UAH/l, and A-95 0 — 84.90 UAH/l. In the diesel segment, DT NANO Extro rose to 98.90 UAH/l, while DIESEL NANO — to 95.90 UAH/l. SOCAR's gasoline pricing fully matches OKKO, while its NANO Extro diesel matches WOG's Mustang.

The synchronized price increase by the three largest operators on the same day points to a single cost-pressure factor — typically, rising wholesale quotes on the exchange, higher logistics costs, a change in excise burden, or a weakening of the hryvnia against the dollar and euro.
