Following a sharp double surge in fuel prices that occurred recently, the gasoline and diesel market in Ukraine has suddenly come to a standstill. As of July 19, fuel costs at major service station networks have stabilized. Instead of further increases, car owners are observing a pause in the pricing policies of these networks.
The situation in the fuel market remains tense, but the dynamics of change have temporarily halted. Experts and drivers are closely monitoring how long this stability will last and whether a new price correction will follow.
Price Difference: How Much Extra You Are Paying
Today's data allows for a clear calculation of the cost of a full tank. Taking a standard volume of 50 liters of A-95 gasoline, a significant difference between networks becomes obvious. The choice of a specific gas station can significantly impact the family budget.
According to calculations, the gap between the most affordable network and the most expensive one in the current list amounts to a substantial sum:
- Most affordable network: "Ukrnafta".
- Most expensive network in the list: SOCAR.
- Difference in the cost of refueling 50 liters: 325 UAH.
Thus, by choosing a cheaper gas station, a driver saves more than 300 UAH on a single full tank. In conditions of stable but high prices, this factor becomes key when planning trips.
