The Live Avatar feature is designed primarily for integration into modern corporate environments to significantly improve service automation levels. Corporate clients are offered a flexible choice: they can use ready-made virtual agents from an extensive built-in library or create completely custom characters with appropriate permissions. Massive language support allows avatars to smoothly conduct dialogues in 97 world languages while simultaneously accessing external tools and corporate databases in the background to solve tasks efficiently.
